My bill date is on the 5th. So May 5th will be my first $45 payment. Does this make me first on the forum?

    Weird things going on...

A couple days ago, I get the "monthly summary" email and it said I already made 6 payments, but I have to pay $50.

    The 13th, I get a text reminder saying $45.

I get a text a few minutes ago saying I need to pay by midnight tonight...two full days early...and it'll be $50.

Ok, as I was typing this, Boost sends a text thanking me for my payment, and they say the $45 will be deducted on the 16th. I added $45, and $9 is in there already (how did I end up with $9 anyway?)...we'll see what happens.

    Hello,

I am approaching my seventh payment. So far, Boost has not noticed me either via text, e-mail, or online account, of the $5.00 reduction. Has anyone actually paid $45.00 for the seventh month, yet?

Yes, my wife has. It shows in her account that her payment was $45 and the next payment is $45

Ok, Boost took out $45 early this morning. Thank goodness they wait till after 9am to send texts--unlike AT&T--when I'd get a "payment successful" notice as early as 5am...

So keep in mind that you'll have the balance taken out early on your payment date, instead of late in the day...and Boost wants money in your account 2 calendar days before your due date.

Bill went from $47.04 to $43.21 out the door. CallingMart, of course...

I was due for my first shrinkage 04/19. At the end of the day $50 was taken out. Emailed CS - today they called, apologized, and have since refunded $5. However, it states that $50 due 05/19. The "ticker" that had graced my boost homepage for so long, counting down the months, is gone too. No complaints since they did refund, but I wish it would have happened like it's supposed to.

No, Your must put the money in your account by midnight of your due date.

There's nothing that say's you MUST add it 2 days before it's due.

Except for the two texts, on the 8th and the 10th, saying "Due to recent plan changes, don't forget to make your pymt BEFORE 4/16" (verbatim)...

And the text I got on the 14th saying "Due to recent plan changes, you must make your pymt before midnight TODAY."

Sure, they took the payment out on the 16th, but I got the "balance deducted" text at 9am, instead of 9am the day after the due date. Boost sent at least 3 texts saying I needed to pay before my (calendar) due date...and they took the balance out early.

Would they have waited to take out the balance until midnight on the 16th had I not paid early? I wasn't going to mess around and find out...

Why your text said that is beyond me. My wife never got any text telling her to make her $45 payment early due to plan changes.

My next payment will be $45 in 2 weeks so I'll see if I get it also, but it doesn't make much sense why they would text you to pay early... and then still take it out on time.

    One question -

If you miss your payment by 3 or 12 hours and your service get's suspended, does the payment not qualify towards your shrinkage for that month?
