I bought at "XV6800" off of e-bay the listing stated that it was a Verizon Phone, when it arrived it clearly is not. It a a Titan/Mogul I believe it is from US Cellular. It is running a custom ROM. I have tried to activate it on PagePlus and voice and text work, but data does not. When I try to get into the programming menu, the dialer flashes and then come back on the screen. It will not let me into the programming menu.

I have tried clearing the call history and changing the dialer.

Anyone know how I can access the programming menu?
