HTC Evo partially flashed to Cricket please help

I just bought a HTC evo from a cricket store they partially flashed the phone so I am able to get internet and use the phone. None of my apps work with the internet including the android marketplace and I cannot send mms msgs. Please can someone help me fully flash my phone. Also he set my internet up going through a proxy which my friend tells me is not the right way that it should be set up.
