Build FRG83D - Location Services (News and Weather)

Just wanted to see if anyone else has updated and noticed that the News and Weather App, Places, even google.com cannot locate based on Cellular, only on wifi.

My Nexus is stock, aside from apps I've installed from the market.

Since the update, I've only managed two location updates via cellular.

Anyone else seeing this happen? (and secretly hoping it'll be fixed quickly when Gingerbread launches)

Same problem with me. It began on November 16th. It was actually before the FRG83D update for me.

Got me wondering if it happened before the update, but I didn't notice it... you know how you always look for what changed after the fact.... hrm...

Hi Everyone. Stock Nexus One here as well and having similar issues.

It seems to be on Android 2.2 devices only and it is on locked (Samsung Galaxy Tab) and unlocked (you know who you are)

I have acer liquid e through fido running 2.2 and while it was spotty initially after the upgrade it has been stone cold the last few days.

No problems here in Vancouver, places, browser, maps, new and weather all working normally with wifi and gps off, build FRG83D Nexus.
