Weird reception problems

Sitting here at work all my incoming get push to voice mail.
Maybe 1 in 10 get through.
I have full 5 bars showing.
At home (usually 1 to 2 bars) or anywhere else I get calls like normal.
I can make outgoing calls no problems.
Been here for 10+ years and never had any problems receiving calls.

If I call my Google Voice # it come in just fine.
If I switch the sim to my N95 all calls get through like normal.
Would this be a phone problems (antenna maybe?)

Update: Just talked to Tmobile and yes lots of complaints lately around here with 3G phones. (Houston TX area). My N95 working fine cause it's not a 3G support phone.
Turn 3G off (click the 2G only box) and it's been good so far.
Never gave that much though since I'm at work with full WiFi
The 3G must be lurking in the back ground I guess.
I hoped that was the reason cause I would
hate to have to get rid of this phone, it's very nice.
