    problem receiving automated text messages/sms

    I'm with virgin mobile post-paid with an iphone 4.

    I've been having problems receiving texts from online services that require sms validation - ie. microsoft account, paypal, as well as a new app I was testing called viber. I've tried multiple times initiating a text to be sent - and I keep getting nothing.

    Anyone else having the same problem or know what the issue is?

    I am having the same issue. I have tried to get the paypal validation for a few weeks now. I am not sure if there is a solution.

    I am having the same problem since November 2010 and three months later, Virgin Mobile Tech Support has still been incapable of resolving it!
