I activated a phone for one of my employees and he wants to set up voice mail. The defaul password is not 9999. I tried it several times. This phone was a VZW contract phone prior to being activated on PP.
If you create an online account, disable your voicemail, wait about 20 minutes...then go back and turn voicemail back on. The next time you try to access your voice mail, your pass code WILL be 9999. Thanks
