I just got a Propel Pro and and having problems with the ascending ring not wanting to change to ring, the ring volume is too low, and while texting, I cannot type a z - (even though it will work when I enter a name.) I am guessing a need to try flashing the firmware.

I have looked on the Samsung site, but they only offer manuals - no software downloads at all

I have also Googled SGH-i627 for firmware updates and found nothing. Does anyone have a suggestion?
