Speaking with a friend network engineer at Telus , he confirmed they are aware of the bad sound quality (chirping/ciphering noises) and occasionnal reboot on this phone. They can't do sh*t about it.

But, does anyone else have this:

If a call someone and the line is busy, phone shows "Line Busy" for half a second, hang-up by itself, and locks the screen

If your not watching the screen it looks as the called did not go through
