Upload ringtones from PC to a Pantech Crux?

Does anybody have a clue on how to upload customize ringtones to a Pantech Crux? I've tried putting it on the Sounds and Music folder on the microSD card but it won't recognize it as a ringtone. PLEASE HELP!!

I did exactly the same thing, and when I went to "my sounds" to look for the song it wasn't even there. Tech support at verizon told me "my sounds" accepts only small files. Please let me know if you're successful.

I would like to know also. I got this cool phone but can't put my own ringtones on it yet.
