Has anyone successfully flashed a Verizon LG VX9100 (Env2) to Telus Keybo firmware? I have read a few threads on Howardforums. I'll link them here on how it's done, but NONE of them work for me. Here's the first one:
Guide for vx9100 with Java
http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...9100-with-Java
I followed everything mentioned above step by step, but when i try to flash the f/w, LGNPST v1.1 gives me an error:
Process : Upgrade
Task : Initializing
Cause :
Not Support downgrade vx910v06 to cx91te09
Now, i read in these next two threads, that i need to use Lab version of LGNPST 1.1 along with the vx10000 DLL, and try "binary" download instead of "Upgrade":
Telus Flash for enV2/Keybo (with java!):
http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...8with-java!%29
Trouble flashing Keybo to Telus:
http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...2#post13026032
The second thread also suggested to rename the .bin file to LG91TE09.bin. Unfortunately, the lab edition of LGNPST does NOT work for me either, i get this error:
Process : Upgrade
Task : Initializing
Cause :
Phone Bin and Selected BIN do not match
Please check download Bin for proper version
When i get a copy of LG Downloader, i'll try that. Anybody got a clue what's going or why it's not working. Some help would be great.
Thanks in advance.
rename CX91TE09_00.bin to VX910V07.bin
