I've been using them for years and have never had issues with them.


Some people have said they had problems with the verification process, but I always use paypal as payment and always get my pin right away in my email.

Has anyone had any major issues with cm?

I saw what others had to say, but thought I'd give my input. I have had issues with CM from day one. I understand they need to do a verification process, which is fine. The issue is, the process took lots of time and sometimes it would be the next day before I actually got the call to verify, and obviously they would not process my order until verification was complete.

Due to processing issues, 3 of the 7 payments I used with them had to be canceled or reissued or something. Keep in mind this is refilling the same account, the same credit card info, same name, same billing address, etc. No reason for reverifying what was already known.

Finally, they stopped offering Boost mobile refills. When I went to the site, went to my order history, and reordered as I always did, it let the order go through. It did not process and said pending verification... then finally changed the state to Will_Not_Deliver. This was after I had been made late on my payment to Boost, costing me to lose on-time payments towards my "shrinkage". It wasn't until much later (yesterday) that I discovered the reason my Boost order was not fulfilled was because they no longer offer Boost refills.

So, since they no longer offer Boost obviously I wont be using them again unless they change their policy. Aside from all of that, I wouldn't rate them a horrible company, but they certainly have lots of room for improvement. Having said that, I think the inconvenience was worth the savings I had there. I should have just ordered minimal 3 days prior to the time I needed to charge my account just in case there were any processing issues. The whole thing with boost mobile seemed unethical to me, but again for the savings I was getting I wouldn't be too critical towards them.
