Thanks for that. How do I call to verify or receive a call from them if my phone is out of minutes?

Yeah they don't give you a discount unless you spend at least $18.
Try here, I used them last time with my Boost account since CallingMart stopped selling Boost refills.

The February coupon code is 02928.
And if you sign up with them before you buy from them you get a welcome email and at the bottom is a survey to take and that gives you an additional $3 0ff.
My first $10 Boost refill only cost me $6.70,
They have coupon codes every month, it isn't 10% off but they give you some off with a $10 refill unlike CallingMart.
They will either call you to verify your information or you can call them right away to get verified, I called and within 5 minutes I had my refill.
I chose the direct to phone refill and it was on my account within 5 minutes of my verification call.
They only need to get your details one time, any refill you buy after the first one should happen right away.
American based company and the people are friendly and professional.
This link with get you to the instant refill page.

Sorry, it looks like $15 is the minimum refill they sell for AT&T.
After I heard about AT&T giving up.

That I am not sure of, we have a house phone so I put that as my info when I set up my account.
Maybe if you plead your case to them stating you have no phone to call them from they could do it via email.
They just need to verify your credit card information to make sure you are not using someone else credit info to get airtime.

I don't know of they have online chat, but found this, maybe this might work?
Latest code
Use coupon code Sprg12-10 in shopping cart to get the discount! Offer expires 04/02/2012.
Latest code, although I certainly hope that AT&T loses customers for their recent decisions.
Use coupon code memo1210 in shopping cart to get the discount! Offer expires 06/05/2012.
In yesterday's email.
Use coupon code dad1210 in shopping cart to get the discount! Offer expires 06/20/2012.
AT&T gophone orders over $18 are able to use coupon code B2S1210 at checkout to receive 10% off their total.

Did you read the original post? It said the coupon is good through Friday August 3. The email from CallingMart said nine-three-2012. This is a day in September.
Your post suggests the coupon is good through September and into October. I will bet a jelly donut that this is not so.
That said, October 31 is Halloween, one of my favorite Holidays .... probably not celebrated in Asia. The zeitgeist of this Holiday is probably untranslateable.

I only get $5 off the $100 refill with the 10% discount. is this correct? how is it calculated?
I see two possibilities :
1. CallingMart sends you an e-mail that you purchased a $100 PIN but later in the email reports that your credit card was actually charged something less. Look through the transaction carefully.
2. Possibly you didn't get the discount code correct. After you give the discount code, click on "apply" and you should see the numbers change. If the numbers aren't right, try again.

I had something else in the cart. the retail value was $110 and I paid $100. it just looked confusing. but the numbers worked.
