I have the Ascend m860 but i cant seem to get QPST to recognize it for the life of me? whats the problem? I checked the phone and modems settings and the android modem is on com10 but in QPST after i manually add port 10 it says no phone still...same with CDMA workshop...i cant find the phone.

What version of QPST are you running, 2.7 Build 355 works.

You have to put the phone into diagnostics mode, but I still cant figure how to do that. Does somebody knows how to put this phone into diagnostics mode? Thank you.

Have to edit, cause I see that you finally managed to connect the phone to QPST, can you share the info with us?

Looks like boostjunkie92 found the soluion but wouldn't share, ok, I'll share it for everyone having the same problem:

1.-On your phone go to Menu>Settings>Apps>Development and tick "Debug"
    2.-Allow for "Unknown sources"
3.-Open QPST Settings and select "add new port" there's going to be three options for you phone, select the three of them, accept and you will see your phone as active
4.-Open "service programming" on QPST and select your phone, read and enter your SPC.

You'll do good with QPST 323, it's widely available on the net, just google it.

After that you know what to do.
