hi,

i accidently turned on the ic lock
but now i can't turn it off...

i try to reset it it asked for my security code, i typed it in, then when i select the "off" button it takes me to this face authentication place... then when it didn't verify correctly it asked me for the image name...

is there a way to solve this problem? cause the phone is from my cousin...

i still can use the phone never the less though
