    Arrow Straight talk "courtesy" reminders...

This is the letter that I wrote to straight talk. If anyone can forward this to them or, tell me where an actual straight talk forum is that I can post in, I would be greatful.

    Thanks.

    "Hello,
I wanted to write to you guys and voice my frustration with the "courtesy" reminders of my straight talk "end date". I value the service that straight talk offers and in my opinion, it's the best deal for phone service bar none. But, when it comes to the "courtesy" reminders, lets face it, once to remind me would be enough, not that I am going to forget but, I could take once. But, when I start getting 2 and 3 and 5 and 8 a month because my "end date" is "almost up", as the text's say, It really frustrates me.

As I stated, I value straight talk and the value that it offers everyone for phone service. If you guys could STOP with the "courtesy" reminders, I think I would be good.

    Thanks,
    D."

Well, its a lot better than H2O wireless not sending a single reminder and my service cutting out on me every single month! Ill take a reminder or two anytime over a disconnected phone.

Just reply "Stop" and they will stop along with a confirmation.

    Worked for me.

That result must differ by carrier, because I tried replying STOP a long time ago and they still keep sending `em. I'm on ST CDMA/VZW.

Maybe STOP works on AT&T and/or TMo.
