hi everyone im new here and hope someone can really help me, i have a alltel ve20 and for some reason now i cannot get the phone to activate on verizon....and its been fine for a year ( im an original alltel customer before verizon took over my area)....when i dial *228 and press option 1 it does everything right i hear music and says my phone is sucessfully programmed. i then cycle it off and when it boots back up it says phone needs initial programming. i look at phone status under settings and it just shows 000-000-0000 as my number, lol on mdn nam1. what am i doing wrong? also one more issue that i cant figure out is i want the alltel mobile web to work and i execute the globe on main screen and it tells me browser setup is incomplete, so i click ok and it just takes me right back to main screen. by the way i still have my old alltel plan with alltel mobile web that works so not an issue there. please someone help me, and i do have all the motorola software for seems and p2k as well as msu and mpt. i appreciate everyones help and i apologize for such a long post.
