Here is the official list (at HowardForums) of T-Mobile's preferred plans and preferred features list. Preferred plans/features are available from retentions (also known as the loyalty team), some features may require a new 2-year contract agreement.

Pref Unl Msg Bundle - $9.99 (unlim msg for a SINGLE line, not family). I have this.
Also, the Pref Smartphone data is available for all platforms...android, BB, smartphone, etc. They have different names but all cost $20 and are called "Preferred _____ Unlimited Web Only".
TMobiley, do you have this Pref 1200 Bonus Anytime Minutes - $0.00?
I do, it's not called that. It is just plain ole '1200 Free Minutes for 2 Years'. It's a per-line add-on, so family accounts may have it applied to each line.
iPhone 4 - 550 Min Fam Plan w/ 5 F&F | Unl Data | 1500 Txt | Home Phone Connect (2nd Line)
Is it still available? yes
Is it hard as heck to get? yes
Is it $0.00 like the OP has posted? no, that was a promo that no rep can add on anymore.
You need to get a Loyalty rep who isn't afraid to dig deep and find the $9.99 add-on and then apply it to the account. Most will tell you that they are not supposed to add it anymore and won't even attempt to look for it. But there is a code that is current and can be applied to grandfathered plans. I just had it added earlier this month. But don't even get the idea of the free add-on in your head, not going to happen.

Mine actually shows up as "Pref 1200 Bonus Mins - $0.00" - I got it from the Loyalty Department.
Interesting to note... so there are two separate feature codes? (one preferred/loyalty dept. and one non-preferred/customer serivce dept.?)

I added the hotspot @home add on for $0.00 to 4 of my lines about 6 months ago by retention. So it is still possible.

From what was explained to me, this UMAUFTSP SOC was used at the introduction of the @Home (for mobile handsets) feature / service. Another SOC, with a charge of $9.99, would be added to the primary line of a family plan. UMAUFTSP at a cost of $0.00 would then have to be added to the subsequent family plan lines. If you understand my explaination, UMAUFTSP is supposed to be used with another SOC that costs, but the system doesn't force this requirement.

That may explain why there is the "1200 Bonus Minutes - $0.00" (coorey has) and the "Pref 1200 Bonus Minutes - $0.00" (I have). I wonder if we can stack them?!?
