Yeah my battery life is much better with 4,3.2, plus any bluetooth issues I've had seemed to disappear as well.

I found the answer over at ModMyi, it does break it, and currently there is no jailbreak for iOS 4.2.7.

It'd be really nice...well, more like rational and intelligent actually...to keep all of the (supported) phones on the same latest version, especially the "latest and greatest" one, so to say (that being the VZW one since it was just recently released). Yet, that doesn't seem to be the case unfortunately.

The VZW iPhone, while it has some of the fixes from the 4.3.x point releases, still doesn't have a lot of the 4.3 changes: things like the improved JavaScript engine for Safari, or the changed/improved messaging repeat alert settings, etc.

Honestly, it shouldn't take this long to align the versions and get the VZW phone updated to the very latest--it's somewhat embarrassing that it hasn't happened yet and that there isn't even any information out there to explain why that is the case or when/how it will be resolved. And that is rather disappointing.

Well, this is rather crazy. No iOS 4.3 for VZW when or even after it was released, now some apps require it and still nothing, and now for some of the newly announced features (like iCloud and/or some others) there are beta versions but only ones that could be used on iOS 4.3+, and, still no word on iOS 4.3 for VZW.

iOS 5 is hopefully coming to all iPhone 4 versions, including CDMA for VZW (again, let's hope that's the case, and right away), but even that is still months away--in the fall sometime, which can be September, but can easily be end of November or so as well.

So, it would be really prudent to have all the iPhones on the same version at the same time, or at the very least with only a short time in between.

I am getting a little annoyed with this now. It didn't matter much prior to the new update, but now I would like to have my Verizon iPhone on 4.3.

I am having a problem syncing my boss' iphone 4.3 to his calendar. It is very sluggish..Even his admin can see it from her end. Before he got the iPhone, his blackberry was working great.

Switch him back to the BB and then have someone that can provide details of the problem as for help.

I personally find this entire tethering issue a pain to deal with. I shouldn't be capped for data services I am paying for... it was only a few years ago where at&t gave me unlimited data for nothing when no one seemed to be using it and we never had issues. Now its a completely different situation.

I actually needed help setting up my device to tether and you can get help at www.ojumba.com with free chat support they offer if you need assistance in setting up anything or jailbreaking iphone.
