    Exceeding iphone 200 email limit

    Hi,

    I am using iPhone 4 (4.1 jailbroken)
I am finding a way to exceed the limit of 200 email.

    Can anyone help me?

There is nothing in the iPhone User's Guide placing a limit on the number of email messages. The only limitation is the free storage space. Since email messages are stored as a database, there is only one file handle. Could there be a liimitation imposed by your email provider?

    thanks for the input,
    but under setting/mail,contacts,calendars/mail
there is an option indicating only showing 200 recent mails.

200 recent mails for all accounts, let's say i have gmail, yahoo, hotmail, it will share that 200 mails.

Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendars. On the top portion of the next screen you will see your "Accounts" listed. Tap on the entry for your Exchange e-mail. Then on the bottom of the next screen, tap on the setting "Mail days to sync." Your choices are 1 Day, 3 Days (the default), 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 1 Month or No Limit. Simply select "No Limit" and you will have unlimited e-mail. Every e-mail that you see in Outlook will also sync to your iPhone....

I think that unlimited is available only to upgraded business accounts. I use an exchange server and my limits are 30 days and 20 folders other than inbox
