I know this is the Boost section, but an update to what I previously said. VM was to introduce a 5gb/month cap to their unlimited broadband2go plan... but today the new SPG notice came out and it shows a 2.5gb/month cap, then after 2.5gb has been reached, speeds are slowed down to 256k or slower until the next billing cycle.
HEH, such a joke.

At this point, if boost released a boost-branded htc hero for $199 on the $50/mo plan i would be satisfied.
So Boost may be getting the Curve 3G? Already? I may just have to refrain from buying that 8530 I was gonna buy next month and see what comes out from this. Just for Clarification is the 9330 EVDO 0 or A? I've seen reports of both. either way, once OS6 hits this device with the new Browser, I may just fall in love with both Boost AND RIM all over again...![]()
Right now the only word of a new Blackberry at Boost Mobile is just that there will be one. No one knows what model it will be, yet.
When is the Innuendo hitting? Incognito was far beyond awesome.
Not too sure.
Just gonna have to wait and see.
here is a good question....
Sprint owns boost... so who (a single person or group of individuals) within boost or sprint decides what phone/s will be induced onto Boost' side of the equation...??
Next question is will they dare to Bring in a Boost Branded Android device onto their line-up...??
Dan Schulman is the person in charge of the SPG. His group of people decide on what side gets what device.
It comes down to more than just why... it comes down to data usage, sales, profit, support, staffing, limitations to their services (system/mms/web/sms/provisioning).
But yes, CDMA will have an Android soon, we're being told by the 1st of March it will either be released or announced, this comes straight from SPG to our dealer system.
Also, I am expecting Boost to make their Android device on the $60 plan just like the Blackberry, just because of the amount of SMS and Data the device must use.
dare i ask how you know all this..?? hehe
thats what i figured, but still a steal of a price compared to othersAlso, I am expecting Boost to make their Android device on the $60 plan just like the Blackberry, just because of the amount of SMS and Data the device must use.![]()
