How to cancel auto refill?

When I signed up and activated my phone on the ST website. I put in my credit card info. (dumb i kno). It automatically set me up for auto refill. How can I make it so that I am not enrolled. It wont let me take my CC off the account unless I put another card on there it seems.

Pretty sure the only way is to actually call their customer service.... I was wondering the same thing myself.. kind of rude of them to set it up that way, where you can set up the automatic payment plan on the web but then they don't allow you to cancel it on the web.

I had to call in to get auto-refill removed.

My auto refill works just fine.

Im not worried about having an issue with auto refill not working just would rather buy the cards. Dont want to have it set for auto and forget about it coming out.
