I installed tetherme apn editor found in cydia and I can edit the APN. But Everything I try does not work

Does anybody know how to revert the prl back to Verizon. I have an iphone4 that was flashed using *22807, but I am having hard time reverting the prl to use the phone on Verizon again. CDMA and qpst will see the phone and write the prl, but the phone won't show it. I have tried to use ifunbox and SSH, no success either

Alot has changed since my last post.

Originally we did get web to work. However it only worked for a day. The customer came back and we were unable to fix it. I am starting to think we actually never got web and the pages we visited were cached. Loading the PRL for talk and text can be done by a OTA or using funbox. Since then I have not been able to get APN's to stick. I got the phone to read in CDMA Workshop by using Virtual Serial Port and thethering it after jailbrake then connecting to the com and port it was tethered with. Just like the Devour you cant read it you can only write. However the settings revert immediatly.

I have heard some rumors of some stores fully flashing, however have not seen it with my own eyes. Between this and the Thunderbolt, I am beginning to think the days of full flashing on top of the line phones are coming to an end.

BTW my friend who flashes cricket just got the solution at his store of course he cant reveal it but it does work since he is currently running his on cricket =P so TB is possible lol
