3g outage in NV due to Ut maintenence?

Sorry for putting this in Alltel, but since I think the transition may have something to do with it, thats why I'm putting it here.

Last night, in Ely, NV (89301), we lost ATT 3g here. It was Edge for about 2 hours, but after about 10pm it's been GPRS only. Is this/could this have to do with network improvements in UT? It seems like all the switches for this area are in Ut so thats why I ask. If thats the case, any word on how long it will be down?

There was a antenna that broke on Cave Mtn that took out most of the east NV service and some sites in UT for 10 days. They got a temporary fix in place, This could be due to getting a permanent fix in place or another fail.

The Cave Mt. site near Ely, or is there another (I'm sure there's quite a few Cave mts.)? I guess we got lucky as we've only been out on 3g since last night. The other towers in town must have been up until Sunday night. Weather has gotten bad today, so if they are still working on it, it could be delayed even longer.

Back to 3g since late last night. Props to the brave guys willing to hoist themselves up a tower in the 40+ mph winds and snow so I can watch youtube clips on my phone.
