I realize there is a "get what you pay for" principle here, but that's pretty bogus. Why wouldn't you mention the YouTube bit in the original post? I don't think I'm the only one who has been waiting for a PM that never came. Some "free offer" - I am going to use another company to have my phone unlocked even if it costs more, at least another company will be more trustworthy.

Hi there we originally didn't require the youtube section of this promotion, please take a look at the threads we were giving the codes to a first come first serve basis, and we did not require any video.

If not, would it be possible to get a discounted HoFo rate? The code lookup page listed a cost of $40 for the code for an Optimus one on Koodo, but Mark I on page 1 mentioned $8 for his.
