I'm sorry that you're inept at Customer Service and too thin-skinned to endure legitimate feedback. If you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. I see that you're back to your old ways of trying to redirect everyone's attention away from legitimate criticism and to a toll-free number. Your state of denial is somewhat unbecoming. I feel embarrassed for you.

Was this even directed at me?

I wasn't even asking for a FREE code. I was just asking if it was possible for you guys to get the correct code since I already tried another source who ended up refunding my money and wasting my time saying it's not possible to unlock.

I was simply just asking a question before giving you money. I don't think its too hard to respond to a PM here and there, after all, you guys post on here regularly, and there really isn't a difference between a PM on here and an email to your sales team?

Either way, I just got it done, but I wanted to share my experience with the community.

I wouldn't have even contacted you but your sponsor AD on here had used words like "fastest turnaround time" and "lowest price guaranteed" both of which I have proven wrong lol

It was wasn't directed to you, what we replied to you was:

"Hi there I'm sorry if we didn't reply sooner, we get so many PM's everyday some are missed, if you need to contact us you can email us directly to sales@cellunlocker.net or call us at 1-800-507-9077"

As for the lowest price guarantee yes we do match and beat other competitors pricing from other sites. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience from us because we didn't reply to your PM, why didn't you give us a call or email? We have customer support solely dedicated to answer questions via email and phone calls.

Anyways once again our apologies if we didn't respond to your PM sooner.

What country (and state if applicable) is your headquarters located?
i Googled the address shown on your website 115 Garfield Street 6016 Sumas, WA, USA 98295 and it shows a shipping company for that building called Package Express Services located 3 blocks south of the Canadian border. Just curious...

I took it a step further and looked up the business name in the Dept of Revenue in Washington (state) database. There was nothing registered for cellunlocker or cellunlocker.net Perhaps it's under a different name like DBA?

Before you pay for a code, call tmo and ask them for a code. If they ask, tell them you need to be able to use the phone with another carrier. When I asked them for a code for my comet, they emailed me the code and unlocking (not rooting) instructions without charge. It took a week as they had to contact Huawei for it, but I understand it usually takes 24-48 hours. The process took only a minute.

Yeap, that's right you can definitely ask them for the code, you have to be have been with them for at least 3 months and an active user with tmobile, otherwise they will deny you for a code.

The only downside is the code can takes about a week to receive.

Our turnaround for Blackberry is 2 minutes, huawei is 1 business day, all samsungs 15 minutes to 3 hours etc..
