HTC Desire Z, AT&T, and HSPA+

Hi everyone,

I was wondering whether or not the NAM HTC Desire Z is capable of getting HSPA+ speeds on AT&T's network in the US or if it is just 3G speeds. Does anyone know?

I have no idea either, I just ordered one. I don't get HSPA+ in Philly yet, but I'd like to know as well.

Using mine on a Telus SIM card while roaming I was getting ATT (I assume it was their network) HSPA+ i Chicago.

I get the "H" at times here in Atlanta.....

In theory it should. Im sure you heard of the AT&T-t mobile buy out plan. If that happens AT&T will take t mobile's 3G network and convert them to AT&T 4G networks. Leaving T mobile's networks and I am assuming that they will keep those because the HSPA bands are compatible.
