Obviously, she had something to do with the sale. Probably split the $140 with the person you dealt with!

Last night I made a $140 mistake by purchasing a pink Samsung Intercept on CL for my daughter so that she can swap her Samsung Seek on her line. Foolish me, I didnt check the ESN and when I call Sprint to perform the swap, the phone came back lost/stolen; so of course, it couldnt be activated. Needless to say, the buyer isnt returning texts or calls so that isnt an option for me. Luckily, the scammer didnt wipe the phone and after a few calls, I located the owner of the phone and offered to return the phone to her, but SHE DIDNT WANT IT! WTH??? I wasnt going to charge her, I was just going to make a foolish mistake(and wrong) right again by returning the phone. The phone is great condition and why wouldnt she just take the phone back??? I also asked her if she would be willing to call Sprint to have the ESN released so that I can activate it and she refused to do that as well. Im really confused now as to what to do with it. Can it be flashed or should I just take it to a Sprint store so they can do whatever with it?
P.S. I purchased a legit phone now...
