Simple Mobile 4G Speed with Mytouch 4g

I was using nexus s with simple mobile, and once they start advertising 4g speed, i got my self mytouch 4g, but I dont think I am getting 4g speed, my data network switches from umts (3g) to hsdpa (h) but while on h my speed is 2.4m tops
normally i am below 2 on hspda (h) in chicago area.

anyone tell me what speed are you getting.?

I am using a mytouch 4g with simple mobile and cant do a speed test cause they capped me again last month they put a cap after 1gb and this month after 2gb they said they dont have a cap limit but put it on me cause I was using my internet to fast I used 2gb in 2 weeks im just going back to t-mobile for $70 ill get only 2gb of web but at least I can use wi-fi calling and google voice which you cant do with simple mobile plus im tired of getting picture messages 50% of the time but I live in N.Y.C and always have an H on my phone so I think its just your area does not have 4G my web is usually very fast

I can use Google voice and GPS and all the features no problem. So for T-Mobile users with H. I have seen the speed of 10mgs and I only get 1.6 Mgs tops. Thanks

You able to use google voice with simple mobile I really just wanted to use google voicemail and when I go into phone settings and try to select google voicemail I get an error and it says if the problem persist call your carrier and when I did after trying multiple times even when I had the mytouch slide simple mobile rep. Told me they don't support google voice since you have the same phone do you always get your picture messages.
