OUCH! Washed my Mesmerize. Two weeks old today.

If I would have just sat in my recliner all day instead of doing laundry, I would have been fine! This is the first time I've ever done this. Boy, I was really digging this phone, and had it set up the way I wanted it.

Anyway, I filed my claim and the CS rep at Signal was very nice. Unfortunately, they don't have any in stock. They have given me the option of a reimbursement if I go to the local corp store.

I asked her if I could wait a week and see if I get a tracking number. If I don't she said I can call back and tell them I want to go with the reimbursement instead.


Does anyone know how much a full retail Mesmerize will cost me? I think she said they would pay up to $575 (or something similar), but that includes my deductible. Is that going to cover it?

$600 full retail brand new. I think used $300-$400
