Where's the dialtone?
Hope this post is in right forum. I have been given a near new R600 Alltel phone that I wish to use on my long time Verizon account.
In Utah so the Verizon buying out Altel doesnt apply . (east coast only I think)
A. Can't find the esn number. The 60 thing does not work. Only numbers on phone are a fcc id and a hex number. Tried both on those unlock web sites.. won't accept either. (maybe I am doing it wrong)
B. Once I solve that.. pay the small fee and get the phone unlocked. Then what?
How do I get a Verizon sim card so I can activate it?
Of course my local Verizon office said can't be done.. but your in luck.. look at all these new phones.. pick one any one.....
