New phone new headaches.....

Ok.. I need major help with this phone... I just left blackberry and would like to enjoy this new phone but its hard when nothing seems to work according to plan.

Issue 1: Notifications are working on games, fb, or vm.
Issue 2: Cant seem to sync my outlook mail account to the phone (need that for work)..

Issue 3: Phone seems to slow down as the day goes on and I have to close all programs and restart.
Issue 4: How can I go back to only 5 screens instead of 7.
Issue 5: How can i get a full agenda on a home screen instead of just the single calendar listing that is shown (the full agenda shows on while in work mode though)....

Thats the first of my issues.. any help would be appreciated.
