I purchased an extra battery from here. Battery appears to be identical to the stock battery both in appearance and performance.

Anyone know where to find OEM Nexus One batteries? HTC America does not list them on the website.
Any luck on after market batteries? Reviews of Siedo on Amazon were NOT good.
Thanks

Thanks pimpdaddy! I give it a shot.
If you're looking for a battery for your N1, this is the site(http://shop.htcpedia.com/index.php?d...product_id=627). Great price, fast shipping and great communication. Original OEM battery for $25 bucks...can't beat it.
Is it a new phone? Why do you replace the battery so soon?!
I was travelling internationally and didn't know when I'd be able to charge my phone so I purchased a backup. My original battery seems to be good as new despite being about a year old.
find decent prices on ebay

I've used this replacement/OEM battery from Amazon:

I don't notice any performance difference between this and the stock battery. And I often swap out and compare. They are effectively the same. I've been using this battery for almost 1 year.
I have ordered Mugen for my device, which only ships by the end of this month, but i hope to write some personal reviews on the brand soon, to back up what i have read about them.
They are costly compared to ebay/amazon deals, but based on reviews and feedback i stumbled across on over forums, Mugen is very reputable and leading in price/quality combination.

FWIW I have the seidio battery and it lasts about 40% longer than the OEM battery. If you have your heart set on another OEM, I just looked on ebay and they are in the 12 to 14 dollar US range. The stock battery was 1400 mAh and I see there are aftermarket batteries that are 1800. I wonder if they are any good. For the 6 bucks that they are, I would be tempted to get a couple of them and keep them charged, Just a thought. Good luck.
I bought a replacement one from a random dude on a local classifieds site. It doesn't perform quite as good as the OEM, but can't beat the price $5. I just carry more than one if I think I'll need the charge.
