Random blotches of coverage on Clears maps

Hey everyone- I was snooping around on Clearwires maps tonight, and saw that they have recently added random coverage with a few towers in odd places. These are not official clearwire cities, and this is the first I have heard of it. Examples are:
Lansing and Flint, MI
Toledo, Ohio
Fort Wayne and a whole other random towns, IN

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Put Ukiah, Santa Rosa, Eureka, Marysville and Yuba City here in NorCal on that list.

@Etron, they should lease spectrum from T-Mobile or something so they can roll out the equipment and get it set up and then get there customers off gsm and convert them over to that infill they get everyone off of gsm and the. Use their 850 again and then end the lease and it will also save them from paying bad prices for roaming to AT&T
