smasung r451 icons

I have a samsung r 451c i need to find out what wthe third icon is on the home page. there is the signal strength then a space then a (looks like a cross) symbol with a red line thru it. 2nd problem is there a way to disable the camera button. ( ihave a hundred pictures of my hand because of the location of that darn button. 3rd the Bluetooth stopd working and it will not auto detect. How do I repair there bluetooth.Thanks

Go to Menu > Settings > Phone Info > Icon Glossary and you'll discover it means 911 Only, your Location setting.

The phone shows the icon for bluetooth but it will not connect to it. It worked fine and 2 days ago it stopped How do i do a system restore to be just like when I bought it. Thanks for you help

Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > Security > (Here you will be prompted for your security code) > Reset Phone
This will reset your phone to factory default without erasing your contacts.
