let me start by saying i realize this probably isn't the best/correct forum( feel free to re-direct me) to ask this in, but anyways.. does anyone know how i can silence or even lower the bell noise that goes off when the person you are chatting to sends a reply , i would like to be able to keep it on because it alerts you to when a contact comes on-line, but then be able to at least lower if not silence it altogether, actually just got an e-mail ( and the alert sound is quite similar) so maybe its a phone and not program fix
