Scroll down until you get to where the Nokia employee posts:
"Hi all,
we're working on PR2.0 for the n97mini and will release in Q2 2011 still. I'll update you as soon as we have the official release date!
BR,
Yvonne"
This looks very encouraging.

Well, since the N97 Mini was released, the updates for N97 and N97 mini kind of go hand in hand - firmware version X.xxxx for N97 comes out around the same time firmware version X-10.xxxx for N97 mini comes out.
Their current latest versions are 22.xxxx and 12.xxxx respectively...
Drats! I just sold the mini. Oh well.
Had to ask! It's hard to find one in good condition now.
This one is the coffee colored one, and only had a scratch on one of the bottom corners, but the rest is pristine. Being able to play ROMs on that huge screen is worth the trade. I couldn't do anything with the mini (no OK button). Here comes a pointless rant/story.
The deciding factor for me was when OVI screwed me out of all the applications and games I downloaded for the mini. After initially emailing them, they had the audacity to call me from a foreign number just to say that they wouldn't service a paying customer in the states. Shortly after completing their how-did-we-do survey, all my app's from 'My Stuff' mysteriously disappeared. It's pre-ovi store for me from now on and I'll just buy direct.
