Slow connection with Rover data stick :( what's the problem?

Hi,

I just got a Rover data USB stick today. I am in Houston, zip code 77070. It is supposed to be a 'best coverage' area.

However, I am ONLY getting speeds of 1.40Mb/s and upload of 0.45Mb/s

What am I doing wrong? Is there some setting on my laptop that I need to change?

What is your signal strength? and how many different locations have you tried? have you contacted cs?

I'm having the same problems in Dallas. Speeds were incredible at first, but now they are running at about the same speed as the op. I've noticed that they stopped filling in gaps and maybe even have stopped increasing backhaul. However, they keep selling 4G devices so our markets may be very oversaturated.
