Verizon RAZR V3M Bricked after Seem edit?

A while back, when I was using my RAZR V3m on Verizon, I was doing some seem edits. Well, long story short, something went wrong because when you try to turn it on it just stays at the Verizon screen, although when i plug it into the computer, i get the charge screen that it usally gets when its off, but it says Unable To Charge. Can somebody please help me? I want to give this phone to one of my friends, but I can't if its broken. ANY help at all would be appreciated and if needed, if someone asks i can post a video and/or photo of the situation!

You're probably gonna have to flash it to recover if it's that bad. Unless you remember exactly what edit you were trying to do when you bricked it...

If you hold down # and * while turning it on, you should get the blue bootloader screen. From there, if you plug it into the computer, you can flash it using RSD Lite. You should use a firmware file that matches the numbers on the phone under your battery if you can find one. See this page for flashing instructions:

The guide recommends RSD Lite version 4.1 - that or anything newer should work.
