Verizon TP2 Menu softkey question...

Greetings all. Rather new to the TP2 but not to WM. (have owned several dell axims, and misc. HP, pdas over the years)

Today, I have 2 questions.

1. what is Manila? Yes, I have already Googled it, to no avail, otherwise I wouldn't be asking. How does it differ from Sense UI 2.5, and so on. You will not bore me with details, the more mundane the better!

2. I'm using a verizon TP2. on the main screen in TF3d, my right softkey says "Menu". I would like to be able to edit the contents of that menu. Does anyone know how?

2. I don't use TF3D; what does the menu say when you click it? What is already in there?
