    Am I screwed

    I purchased a huawei yesterday and when I tried to activate it on my cricket account they said it is still active on an another account, What can I do since this person obviously found it or stole it. I really would like to get it hooked up.

    Only Suggestion I can give you is Either you Take it back to the guy you bought it from and get him to unlock it or get it unlocked ...

    It *could* just be that he forgot to release it from his account.

    I recommend that you talk to the seller, before jumping to any conclusions or accusing him of being a thief.
