The Motorola W418G IS a phone.
How are you gonna use one phone on another phone?
    Piggyback them?

Maybe he means tether the W418G to the iphone and use data through the Moto?

In that case, tethering is against the terms of service.

This is too cheap a phone to think it would have an unlocked SIM.

You will need to look at the SIM card. The part number for the unlocked SIM is: TF64PSIMC4 . If the P is missing its the locked SIM.

i'm going to guess the sim card is locked because you can get the phone on either the all you need plan or the unlimited everything plan. both unlocked sims on the nokia phones just used the unlimited everything plan. but it sure would be nice if this thing had a unlocked sim card!
