This is too cheap a phone to think it would have an unlocked SIM.
My antenna is smaller than yours

You will need to look at the SIM card. The part number for the unlocked SIM is: TF64PSIMC4 . If the P is missing its the locked SIM.It is worth a try

i'm going to guess the sim card is locked because you can get the phone on either the all you need plan or the unlimited everything plan. both unlocked sims on the nokia phones just used the unlimited everything plan. but it sure would be nice if this thing had a unlocked sim card!
