    Pantech P7000 Need unlocked

    I have a Pantech P7000 and I have the unlock code but I cant unlock it. It doesnt ask me for the code or anything. I have tried entering *#865625# and it does nothing. Please help

    Did you ever get a solution? I have a new P7000 and have tried three different SIM cards - same screen: 'Insert valid SIM card' is displayed.

    Turn it off, then back on again

    You should try power cycling the phone after you insert a SIM. Mine wouldn't recognize the new SIM until I did that.
