Called to become a Clearnet was told this.

CLEARNET is pleased to serve customers in Red Deer, Alberta and Kelowna, British Columbia.

I am 100% sure this wasn't there last night when this became public on HowardForums, sure enough I go to clearNET.com and right there it says this CLEARNET is pleased to serve customers in Red Deer, Alberta and Kelowna, British Columbia.

Do companies normally launch a web presence with branding for market tests? I honestly don't know, but I've never heard of it.
