A customer came in yesterday with a Freeform that apparently had no internal memory left. The guy had no pictures, music, text messages, nor applications from the @metro app store.
I checked the memory info and it sat there was 40mb in applications and 32mb in messaging.
Anyway to clear this memory? I already tried both resets available from the security menu
14735913580, then 185.
this will erase everything off of the phone, and set it to the out of the box condition, and will fix the memory prob on the phone.
I have had quite a few samsungs do this over the coarse of the past year, doing anytype of reset wont actually work, the error msg is still there. if tis a freeform 2, take it to a warrenty center and warrenty it out if possible.
Couldn't have said it better myself, very great analogy:

Just like back in the 60's, the old black and white CRT TV's could not magically receive color broadcasts just because the networks started broadcasting in color. You had to have a new color TV to receive the wondrous color TV shows.

Do you know how to do this on a Samsung Messager 3 R570?
