dial ##626*, 587846, nam1, and write down the mdn, min, and sid
then do the reset the guy poster
then reprogramming, ##626*, 587846, nam1, and re enter the information
mdn is your phone number, but the min is something you wouldnt know.

just go to the @ metro store, then to the my apps tab, and delete all the un-used apps from there and then pic messaging and internet and all that will work just fine. I work for metro, and am the one who found this fix for my store

yeah, that for some reason only works on certain ones, best bet, and quickest solution is to wipe and reprogram

just take it to a store that does warranty and exchange. they will warranty it out
