Seriously? I wrote that you can get the MDN and MIN from customer service, just call 611, or go to a store and have them do it for you, it takes literally 1 minute to program.
except fo the fact that samsung gave notice that there is a fix to this problem, and the ones coming through warranty have had this problem resolved. So kill 2 birds with one stone, get a "new" one, and one that wont have this problem anymore.
but you are right, you can get the MIN from cs, the MDN is just the 10 digit phone number

Samsung Free Form 2, I deleted everything and restored it to box settings but it says initial programming needed. I dialed the 228 number to try and set it up but it says my phone is already on another account. What do I do?
