So, I keep getting an email spammed to me at my phone number at fido.ca. Same dude, he doesn't know why its happening. I keep getting texts that I just got a new email from the same dude.
Is there a way to block the sender? Or have the texts from Fido email stopped? I don't use this service... I don't care if the texts from that are stopped.
Any help?

Do I just mark them as spam and then delete them and I will never see them again?
I marked all the emails from him as spam and it's still happening. Same annoying text
Another thing chief...I just think about it...How about the Extreme Messaging Service? It's available through your Fido App and there's a feature to block SMS... Can you double check?

The number I get the SMS from is (305) 050-01
The text of the SMS is:
You have maul from _____@___.com. Please reply with 'Read' to read your message.
I always ignore these texts and just delete them.
Yesterday I went to my inbox and marked all of the emails from this address as spam and then deleted them. This morning I got an email from the same address and it didn't automatically get marked as spam by Fido and generated that annoying text.
In my MyAccount App it lets me block numbers. Should I block 30505001? Do any other texts come from Fido from this number? Like if they notify me of something else will I not receive those notifications? Or is this number solely for the Fido email service?
I called Fido today for a different reason and mentioned this as well. They couldn't find a setting anywhere.
They suggested that thinking outside the box might help and I should text Stop or No or Unsubscribe and that would solve it.
What happens is this: "Sent reply to ______@___.com"
What the eff?!
Yeah I tried. View screenshot
I don't care if his email is posted. He's spammed me for months and its starting to piss me off

Can you try this? Create a new SMS to 3436 and type "Unsubscribe".
Let me know!
