I'm still trying to find a carrier with a plan as such: 200-500 minutes, 250 text, and unlimited (5GB, or actual unlimited) data.

I don't use my Desire for phone usage often, maybe 150 a month at best. Texting I get for free through Google Voice on Android (uses data), yet I do occasionally use my USCC number (therefore, minimal texting plan). And of course, with Android, 5GB/unl data is a must.
